Every figure, in one place, with nothing held back.
Daily rates cover everything except the animals you take. If you would rather have one all-in number instead, our packages already fold the trophy fees in.
Charged per hunting day, per hunter.
Arrival and departure days are charged as half days. The day you shoot in on the range is a hunting day.

How the money actually works.
Deposit and confirmation
A 50% deposit of the daily-rate total confirms your dates. Dates are held for 14 days from the date of quote and released after that without a deposit.
Balance and trophy fees
The balance of daily rates is due 60 days before arrival. Trophy fees are settled in camp on the last day, against a signed trophy sheet you agree with your PH.
Wounded and lost game
An animal that is wounded and not recovered after a full-day follow-up is charged at the full trophy fee. This is standard practice across the industry and we discuss it with you before the first shot is fired.
Cancellation
Deposits are transferable to another set of dates within 24 months, or to another hunter, at no cost. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival forfeit the deposit unless the dates can be resold.
Currency
All prices are quoted in United States dollars and are subject to change with the rand/dollar exchange rate. The rate quoted on your written confirmation is the rate you pay.
A written quote, valid for fourteen days.
Tell us your dates, your party size and your species list. We will send back an itemised quote with the exchange rate locked, and hold the dates while you think about it.
